heated humidifier change

I am considering changing to the Fisher Paykel HC 150 heated humidifier from the Respironics HH because the HC 150 runs at higher temperatures. I am getting some dry mouth symptoms, and was wondering if higher heat settings would reduce the dry mouth symptoms. My current heat setting is 5 (the maximum). A chin strap didn't help. MY mask is the Mirage Activa.

I haven't tried them, but I will. Also, my AHI is typically between .5 and 1.0, and my snore index is usually between .5 and 1.0 as well.

Im a newbie with cpap, but i see that when setting that thing on 5 its too much, so maybe the answer is not gettin more humidity.
I think that if it would go higher than level 5, it would be uncomfortable for the lungs and the rainout would be uncontrolled.

It's been my experience that "dry mouth" is what happens if I sleep with
my mouth open. Even with my full-face mask, I get "dry mouth" if I'm
only a little congested.
