DME

Hi.

Does anybody here have Horizon BCBS NJ Direct Access insurance? If so what DME do you use to get supplies?

I recently changed insurances and my DME no longer excepts my insurance. I tried using Horizon’s website and app to find a DME that is covered, but it doesn’t seem to be working correctly.

Wait until Monday, when they are more likely to be working.
The website could be jammed now, due to everybody else trying to use it.
On Monday ask for a list of the network and preferred providers.
