I think a good deal of the problem is that you are not consistently using the CPAP machine. You gotta stick with it, and that means weraing it EVERY time you sleep (naps and all). I know it sucks, but you gotta do it. Besides, I can promise you that you will get used to it. After awhile, you'll be like me - you wouldn't dare sleep without it!
