Inspire device for sleep apnea

Has anyone been using Inspire device for severe sleep apnea of 62. Also, my endoscopy says collapse of "ONCENTRIC COLLAPSE AT VELOPHARYNX" and "COLLAPSE AT NASOPHARYNX". If someone is in same situation, please share your thoughts on the use pf the device and solution to my endoscopy.

Use CPAP. It is the gold standard. You haven't given CPAP a proper trial.

There are several solutions for dry mouth. Cooperate with the request Zonker made for information from you. You can get help from the forum.
