Solar Charger for Transcend P8 Battery

I have the Transcend Portable Solar Charger for my P8 Battery however I find the power output from the panel is too low to charge the P8 in a reasonable time. Transcend claims it can charge the P8 in 12 hours but I found that even 24 hours, over 2 days, of full sun (no clouds) was still not enough to fully charge it.

I was wondering if there are any 3rd party panels of better quality that are known to work with the P8 battery.
