Hello the myair app seems not to be collecting data from my machine anybody else having this issue?

This has happened before...and often...give it a few days and it usually sorts itself out.
It's most likely the website having problems and not specific to just your machine not transmitting.

You can see pretty much the same data on the machine's LCD screen anyway.

It says to go to the website resmed/myair

Eff that.
Push the home button; turn the knob one click clockwise until sleep report appears.
Push the center of the knob; and the report is right there.
The first line is hours used last night.
If the number if 8 or more, give yourself a 100.
If you care to look further, keep turning the knob.

He may have to change the Report Period. The machine defaults to 30 days when the power is turned off/on.

It likely says to goto resmed.com/myair

You need to put some effort towards better describing what your having a problem with.

If your car engine won't start you don't describe the problem as The wheels won't turn, and then follow up with, It says to put it in drive.
