Oximeter Oscar Screenshot
I have searched to try to find Oscar screenshots that include "Flow Rate", imported O2 Levels and Heart rate data. I am attempting to see the specific relationship between Obstructive Apnea events and how those events impact oxygen levels and heart rate within those event periods. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you.

Events can make oxygen levels go down and heart rate go up.The_Boaphile wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 1:16 pmattempting to see the specific relationship between Obstructive Apnea events and how those events impact oxygen levels and heart rate within those event periods.
Oh, wait, you already knew that.

Yes I did. I just want to see what it looks like on Oscar or any other "graph" that documents these relationships.ChicagoGranny wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 1:25 pmEvents can make oxygen levels go down and heart rate go up.The_Boaphile wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 1:16 pmattempting to see the specific relationship between Obstructive Apnea events and how those events impact oxygen levels and heart rate within those event periods.

Your search is futile, because there's no 'standard, looks like this for everyone' graph in existence.The_Boaphile wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 1:16 pmI have searched to try to find Oscar screenshots that include "Flow Rate", imported O2 Levels and Heart rate data. But since I'm sure you'll say "but I wanna", here:

Sleep stage thrown in for freebies.

Here is a recent example from my breathing:
-SleepyCPAP
Edited to say: Sorry, I hadn’t placed the heart rate in the screen shot. It jumps upward when significant events have occurred.
Note that they line up too exactly. My CMS50D+ doesn’t line up perfectly when I download it. The desaturation should occur slightly after the apnea - takes a moment for it to register in the blood at the finger.-SleepyCPAP

Re: Oximeter Oscar Screenshot
You didn't post the leak line, but I would bet it is so bad that your reports are useless.
large leak 75% of session
Re: Oximeter Oscar Screenshot
Well....between 15:30 and 21:30 there wasn't any leak...of course there wasn't any machine use either.ChicagoGranny wrote: ↑Thu Aug 12, 2021 11:25 amYou didn't post the leak line, but I would bet it is so bad that your reports are useless.

We can't see the actual leak line but going by the statistics numbers....horribly, horrible leak and for the most part so deep in large leak territory the machine likely is clueless as to what is really going on.
Wouldn't surprise me one bit if the pulse rate increased and O2 dropped a bit because of untreated apneas and just because we don't see a flag...doesn't mean the event didn't happen. With leaks this bad the machine very likely simply didn't know it.
The low AHI on this report....meaningless.

Re: Oximeter Oscar Screenshot
If a leak falls in the woods and the woodchipper is not running, is it still a leak?

Yes, resolve your leaks, and pulse/oximetry may become a moot issue.
