I have too much pain with the resmed airfit N20. It is painful to use and I cannot adjust it well enough to tolerate it, and it leaks. But the exhale with this one is good.
I also have the P10, but finding it very hard to exhale, too hard.
I really want to find a good one. My pt said the ResMed Swift FX Nasal Pillows CPAP Mask is a bad choice, but did not actually say why when pressed.
What works for you?

Please try to keep your multiple questions to one thread/topic.
It will be much easier for forum members to follow your history and what has already been discussed.
The Swift FX is a very decent mask...and the P10 is an even better mask.
If you are having trouble exhaling with either....we need to look at your pressure settings AND the sizing of the nasal pillow you are using along with fitting because neither should cause pain when properly sized and fitted.

Trouble exhaling....common complaint but often it's not so much the actual exhaling that is the problem but the pressure setting is so low that people can't feel the air movement.
This is why we keep asking exactly what your settings are.
Also if using a low setting it is possible that EPR which is exhale relief...can't work its magic to help with exhale.
