Z2 Auto inventory

Good morning - Does anyone know of a supplier that has Z2 Auto in stock? I feel like I have checked everywhere with no luck but maybe is there is a stone unturned somewhere. I've sent an email to the manufacturer but since it's Sunday I doubt I'll hear back.

I bought one in mid-July from smallcpap.com. The website says "Due to market conditions, we have a delayed response time" but I got mine in a matter of days.
