If no perceivable reason can be found, consider the inevitable randomness of life.
This is why we say to look at trends--as a single night may just be the exception
that proves the rule.

Wait.. that's a high AHI? I'll be glad the day I'm below 3! hahaha and that's considering I was at 6 on my sleep study... I don't think you should worry about an AHI like this.

Any chance you were awake at 05:45??

If asleep for sure...that little clustering might be related to needing more pressure for some reason or other.
Remember we don't sleep the same each night.
Maybe REM stage sleep related...maybe on your back related...maybe a combination of REM and supine sleeping...maybe a chin tuck situation where the airway was just restricted and your fixed pressure couldn't prevent the airway from closing up.

Zoom in on that 05:45 cluster in about a 2 minute segment and lets look to see if anything stands out.

higher than WHAT?

would need to see charts of other nights in order to compare, i would think.

I suppose You have already asked yourself "what did I do different" that day? Maybe a bad day, too much to drink, stress, a bad event, ate too much.... it can be anything. I normally average a .5 - .7 each night. Maybe once every two or three months, I will get an night with an AHI of a two or so. When I first see the AHI of 3, I quickly think of what I did the day before. Hopefully I will smile.... or at my age, I will groan and shake my head and vow not to do that again.

Either way, you get those nights. Don't ever fret over it. Move on. You'll have those in your nights in your cpap journey.

Accept the fact that while knowledge is generally a good thing,
too much, without understanding, can be bad for your health.

That's still not a 2 minute segment....it goes from 05:18 to 05:48. That's a 30 minute segment.
Zoom in closer....start at 05:36 and end at maybe 05:44. Shows each breath much more clearly but given what went on before the first flagged hyponea I am thinking you weren't asleep when that cluster was flagged.
