Some mornings when I am still half asleep, I realize that I am panting. Short breaths in and out.
I've searched Google, I've asked my Cpap tech and can't find out why.
Anyone know?
Panting
Re: Panting
Well some info would be nice - like what model of which machine you have, set at what pressures, what mask do you use, how many hrs you sleep, if you take any meds, do you have results of a test?
Oh, and a good idea would be to post any follow-ups or Q's in this thread so people can follow the dots and not have to look all over for info.

Re: Panting
Normal sleep breathing is short shallow breaths that push a low volume of air.
On the other hand, what were you dreaming about?
