Brand new ResMed AirSense 10 Auto set with a rattle

Brand new ResMed AirSense 10 Auto set with a rattle

I just received a new ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet machine from Cpap.com and noticed a rattling sound when up pick up the machine. This is with no power connected. could it be a check valve or do I have a problem with a loose part? I did check the filter door and that seems to be tight.

i hope you didn't pay extra for the rattle. :lol:

i'd contact them if i were you.

oh! any visible damage to the box in which it was shipped?
