teeth hurt..

Post by sweetdreams » Tue Jan 09, 2007 6:20 pm

Is it the pressure...or mouth taping? Two months and no real problems till last night and this morning my lower teeth hurt and bite felt off for awhile then went away. I use the activa and mouth taping. Just wondering if it could be anything else.my pressures are 10 and fifteen with titration being 13. Don't know what to make of it. Thanks

When I used the Activa (gave it to my Dad after I got hooked on the Aura ) I would sometimes have my upper teeth hurt where the mask rested even though I tried to leave it loose as is recommended.

I have the same issue every morning. I think it's because I struggle so much with mouth breathing, that I tend to lock my jaws together. I have an overbite anyway and in the middle of the night I find myself locking my top front teeth over my lower teeth. Needless to say I wake up feeling like all of them are going to fall out.

Grinding your teeth? Sinus problems? Change your toothpaste? You need to learn the tongue sucking technique to keep your mouth closed. LOL

If it gets bad... try finding out if you have TMJ
