So weird cuz I followed Oscar’s manual instructions on exactly what to put in the graph. No meds, no mh issues. Something is waking me up throughout the night. I guess I’ll wait to see my sleep doctor. When I looked at it on my computer, I saw a lot of events during the night. oh well, I tried. Thanks for taking a look.

Leaks.....the worst it was on this latest report was a little over 14 L/min. Well within the machine's ability to compensate for leaks.

I thought I did in the earlier post. No meds, no mental health issues. I sleep maybe 2-4 hours a night. And this is interrupted sleep. I made the graphs according to what Oscar said to do in the manual. Thanks

And I don’t know if the leaks are waking me up. I do know I’m fiddling with the Bleep mask a lot as I think that has a leak and I’m waiting to receive a new one.

I don't get any hypops. So I think if you get your pressures right you won't either.

Most people get SOME apneas and hypops - if not, their AHIs would be zero all the time, not realistic to expect none at all, but it's the amount that counts.

How do you feel today?
Did those brief leaks wake you up?

Pictures or numbers without context aren't particularly helpful. This is so much more than just AHI numbers when we evaluate therapy itself. It's also about how you sleep and how you feel.
AHI of 0.0 doesn't mean squat if we don't sleep well or feel good.

Hi Pugsy,

Thanks for responding and looking at the chart. I can’t tell what it means honestly and if what is showing up isn’t good.

I feel exhausted today. Same as I do every day. Today I feel I have to go back to sleep the minute I woke up this morning. This is the way it feels everyday.

I sleep during the day when I’m supposed to be working from home. I wake up during the night a lot. I know I tossed and turned, which I do each night. I know I fell asleep cuz I had a dream. The night before I had a horrible nightmare and woke up from that.

I felt air from the Bleep on my cheek and tried to fix that during the night. I didn’t know where it was coming from so I put some some tape on.

I don’t feel claustrophobic or anything. I like the feeling of the air. I felt comfortable with the mask on when I got into bed and looked forward to sleeping.

If you aren't sleeping soundly then you can't expect to feel all that great.
Now why we might not be sleeping so soundly isn't always that easy to figure out much less fix.

Your reports themselves don't really point to anything just screaming "fix me and all your problems will be solved".

If I’m waking up a lot, wouldn’t the leaks cause that?

No, it’s nice and cold. I like it at 76 at night. It’s Arizona so it gets really hot outside. Thanks
