After taking a break from CPAP therapy for a palatal expansion surgery, I started up again on the advice of my doctor. I'm trying to acclimate to CPAP, but am waking up in the middle of the night. I know there's a period of adjustment, but have seen other people post their OSCAR data on this forum and get help making the right adjustments. I've attached screenshots of my OSCAR data below.
The context is that I have a full-mask, while my nose heals, it's still pretty clogged. And, the CPAP machine makes my nose super clogged at night, though using the humidifier has helped that some. I'm also on 50-100MG of trazadone, which one of my doctors believes will help alleviate the central sleep apenas caused by the CPAP machine while I adjust to it. There are two nights pasted below. Last night was better; I didn't wake up as much, which makes me think that some amount of the acclimation may just take time. But, I also may need to make adjustments to my position, mask, humidity, etc, and I really don't know how to do that very well, so I very much appreciate any help!

Advice - change just one thing at a time, for at least a few days, then you'll be able to target which change makes a difference... sorry if it takes a while, but worth it.
You can get mask adjustment advice on You Tube - lots of videos on masks and how to wear them.

I see on line that one possible side effect of trazodone is a stuffy nose, so you might want to talk with your doctor about the pros and cons.
I can see some clustering of obstructive stuff on your charts. Can you tell us more about your sleep posture: sides, back, chin tucked, high pillow, etc.?
When you post your next chart, please turn off the calendar and the pie chart. You can do that by going to View. And provide just these graphs, in a single screenshot:
Events
Flow rate
Pressure
Leaks
Snores.
You can squeeze the graphs by grabbing the horizontal gray bars that separate them.

Re: Waking up from CPAP middle of the night
Thank you! I've posted more. My posture is usually sleeping on the side (that's how i fall asleep). My oura ring shows some movement throughout the night so i might be shifting to my back. I usually sleep with a pillow with my head an incline from my body. Please let me know if I can offer any other info
