First Time Poster with HEADACHE

I've been using Resmed 10 with P30i nasal mask for circa six months. Been getting headaches that last all day. Have tried every humidifier setting all to no avail. Painkillers seem to be the only solution. I am taking medication for Heart Failure/High Blood pressure. Have attached Oscar file. Would really appreciate any guidance.

Please post your detailed report in this format. You have omitted needed information but to be honest I doubt it is going to show much that might point to something related to your cpap data as being the cause for your headache.

Headaches that are related to sleep apnea usually involve a truckload of apneas which cause low oxygen saturations and you aren't having a truckload by any means.
And they normally will go away in an hour or two in the AM once blood gas levels stabilize to normal after awakening.

Now they can be related to having the straps too tight for the cpap mask because that can cause a muscle tension headache which is entirely different from a low oxygen headache.

Sometimes a headache is just a headache and has nothing to do with cpap treatment or airway issues. If they persist we advise having a chat with your doctor about them.

My suggestion is to drink more water. The HBP medications can be some of the cause. I also take HBP, blood thinner, betablocker, water pill. All cause a headache with change of dosage or just from not drinking enough. Hopefully someone can help you with your machine data as well.
