New Resmed Machine-What Type?

Post by sleepyguy1 » Mon May 10, 2021 1:44 pm

I currently use a Resmed Autosense 10 without humidifier and am very satisfied with it. I am insured by medicare and a supplement.

My DME has advised me I have been using my machine for enough years that I am entitled to a new one.

My question is which Resmed machine would you recommend, another Resmed Autosense 10, or an Air Mini Autoset Travel Machine. It appears to me those are the only two Resmet machines currently on the market. Thanks.

get the one you're used to, then keep your current as a spare.

OR

search the forum for that travel machine and see what folk think of it.

good luck!
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

One side note....the Air Mini...might not be considered a covered expense by insurance.
Now that might have changed but in the past insurance wouldn't pay for the travel machines.

My insurance company specifically states that travel machines are not covered. Horizon BCBS.
