Airsense 10 Autoset, for Her and Elite

I'm getting ready to buy another CPAP, which is the best? If I remember correctly it's for Her, Autoset and Elite in that order but I don't recall why any input is appreciated.

for her because it has an extra algorithm from whence it gets the name "for her". you may never need it, but it's there.

The Elite is a single-pressure machine. Even if you currently use single-pressure, this machine would not allow you to try Auto in the future. I would not purchase it.
