Here is what Oscar said
Any insights would be helpful.
I fell asleep about midnight. Woke up once at about 6am, and dozed back off for a bit.

With a minimum pressure of 5 you really do not need the ramp starting at 4 and taking 20 minutes to get up to 5. I would turn ramp off and increase your minimum to 7. Other wise you are doing quite well.

Hey, you got an Airsense 10 Autoset and you're using Oscar -- well done! As LSAT says, you seem to be off to a good start.
Was the long time falling asleep due to the mask/machine experience? And how are you feeling during the day?
It's possible you'll want to raise your minimum, but it's too early to tell, and I'd recommend sticking with your current settings and posting a few more charts in the coming days.
Oh, and when you do that, could you stack these graphs and fit them into one screenshot? No need for the other graphs.
Events
Flow rate
Pressure [rather than mask pressure]
Leaks
Flow limitations
Snores.
You can scrunch the graphs by grabbing the gray bar that separates them and pushing it up.

Thank you. I should mention that my sleep study showed 23 AHI.
The hour was me going to bed earlier to adjust to having the mask on.
Thank you for the tips. One question, delete the data from my SD card daily?
I feel ok today, no headache, I slept through the night and dont really feel like it was uncomfortable.

Do not delete your data on the SD card. There is plenty of storage space on the card. If you are under a doctor's care for your sleep apnea, they will quite often request you bring in the card so they can check how we your treatment is going.
Growing old is mandatory, but growing up is optional.

To speed up your adjustment, you can set up the machine outside your bedroom and use it during the day or evening while you watch TV or read.
Glad things continue to go smoothly.
