Resmed n301 is putting dents in my head

Post by dkhinz » Sat Apr 10, 2021 4:17 pm

At first it seemed like when I washed my hair everything went back to normal However, when I started cutting my hair very short the dents persisted. Now I am wondering if I should go back to my old P10. I've seen some posts where it seems like the mask was too tight. I'm wondering if I loosen it I will starting getting massive leaks. Is there a mask that doesn't leave dents. I'm thinking my old P10 is probably the best. I thought I would run this by everyone first though. Any advise?

Dents in your head or in your hair?

Find your mask on youtube and watch three or four videos on fitting and adjusting your mask. Too tight is a no-no.

That's up to you. Some of us have done a lot of switching around. Find what works for you.

Good luck!

As long as there is no pain, the dents are just cosmetic.
Wear a hat if they bother you.

The Bleep will not leave dents. It uses adhesive to attach to the OUTside of your nose, completely flat against your nostrils, not the tiniest bit of intrusion in! Because the adhesive seals, NO LEAKS! OK, if your mouth occasionally opens during the night, leaks will show up on your OSCAR. Yes, this happens to me. But it is not enough to affect my therapy. And I no longer have leaks or exhaust into my eyes, mask acne on my cheeks, slipping straps waking me up and needing adjustment during the night, and myriad other issues that the many traditional masks I tried (that did not work for me) had. You may want to take a look at it.
