New CPAP Data Questions

Post by shallowBreath » Mon Mar 22, 2021 6:21 pm

Hi Guys. I am new to this and have a few questions about the data and CPAP settings. If someone more knowledgeable wouldn't mind looking over this it would be much appreciated.

1) Should I increase the minimum pressure? ~9.5 seems to be the pressure that gets me past the OA's.
2) There are ~12 times in the night where the OA pattern is present in the data but only lasts 7sec to 9.5 seconds. These are not marked as OA's. See second attached. Is this normal? Should I even pay attention to those in the graph? They are so close to the 10sec threshold.
3)The pressure starts to rise well before I stop breathing. Is that normal, and how does the CPAP know?

Thanks for the help.

Here is my Data:

I would suggest you try 8 cm. That might be enough to level things out for you. Try that for a couple nights, then try 9 if you think you need it.
