Aerophagia? Mk2!

Post by jerryfudd » Tue Mar 02, 2021 12:17 pm

So my other thread got locked, because someone started arguing on it!

Anyway I lowered my starting and max as suggested, and it’s been a bit better, but still there.

My AHI has remained okay, still below 3 each night, sometimes below 1, and anything in between - same as before.

On the first night I had a blocked nose so had to raise the max a bit, but it’s still lower, not sure whether to go lower again now my nose isn’t blocked, think I had a bit of a cold! Maybe 1 down.

I miss all the fun. :(

That troll didn't have the sense to read the 49 pages of success stories in the index at the top of the main page.

Hello friend, aerophagia phase will pass for you in time, while your body adjust to pressure. Each time my pressure was adjusted I had severe aerophagia. Years ago, I had aerophagia so bad, I went to urgent care believed my digestive system was gonna explode, I had mild short of breath. I learned over time a technique that tremendously helped was massaging my digestive system using my fist, and taking Charcocaps information provided by Acupuncturist. Wish you well on your journey.
