ClimateLine Air Heated Tubing cleaning: Careful with water?
Are there any extra precautions I need to take to wash/clean heated tubing? I see the instructions are to clean with soap and water but it makes me nervous washing something that plugs into an electronic device. Do I need to protect the small tab where the tube is powered from or just be sure it is dry before reconnecting to the main unit? Can I submerge it in a wash tub or should I just run water through it?

Follow the instructions.........There is no problem getting the plug wet. You can submerge it. Just be sure it is dry before using it. Nothing goes through it but your filtered room air so it should not need cleaning very often.
