AHI Fluctuation

I did raise pressure to 11.0 last night with no problems. AHI was 3.9 this morning (my monthly average is 3.5). I wake often during the night to adjust my mask cushion but usually after 3am I feel I sleep better. I am in the process of ordering a Amara View set up hoping that it will seal better around my nose and avoid so many adjustments.
