Here are my past few nights. Another low AHI, followed by a much higher number. Surprised how many Events there were on night 2.

Any recommendation as to how the Scunci should be worn? Should it go on first, or after the nasal mask is put on? It's taking a bit to get used to the mouth not being open, but this seems to be cutting down on my phlegm!

oddly enough, we don't sleep the same way every night, particularly when we first start out. and the machine may have spotted some "false positives". nothing to get worked up about as it's likely to settle down over time.

weird feeling, ain't it? it really messed with me when i started going out in the pandemic with a covid mask on. then it didn't feel right that my mouth would open WITH a mask on!

i put the scuncis on first, the my p10. not sure if this is how it was done when jay first posted or if i just felt more comfortable that way.

continued good luck!
