Now I don't feel so bad hanging onto those old mask seals over the years. I have a bunch of new ones but also a lot of yucky ones that are clean but yucky at the same time. I'll have to try the boil trick and see if I can bring back new life to my old mask pillows if just to see how well it works and to offer more testimonials as to how good it is here.
Rest well,
Gryphon

Re: Best Cleaning Procedure
I have a buttload, pardon the pun, of those disposable wipes that I bought at the start of the pandemic. They were suppose to be flushable but after finding out that you shouldn’t flush them I still have those. Would they be ok to wipe down the mask with in the mornings? Thanks
Re: Best Cleaning Procedure
Well, read the label and see what it says in general about personal hygeine etc.

I wouldn't. These typically contain several ingredients. They might leave some of the ingredients residue on the mask which could lead to some skin problems. I use alcohol swabs - isopropyl alcohol only - https://www.walmart.com/ip/ReliOn-Mediu ... /911903437Dornduff wrote: ↑Wed Feb 10, 2021 8:28 amI have a buttload, pardon the pun, of those disposable wipes that I bought at the start of the pandemic. I use unscented baby wipes, and I put them in the trash.
Only one, when needed--they are cheap, but I am cheaper.

I clean my mask once every month even if it doesn't need it! Tubing about the same! Air filter change about every 3 months.
