Machine Leak

Post by tirediceman » Mon Nov 30, 2020 7:58 pm

I get good mask fit onscreen display, b4 sleep & waking up. Understand movement thruout nite could cause mask leak. But, I have 0 for mask seal score. Have changed all equipment, so odds are its not mask, NEVER had zero so many times.
Could it be from hose connection to machine??? Thing is if mask fit shows good starting out & end, this leak seems un-identified till data score.

Need to see the actual leak line on the software graph please.

Something is really wrong if you are getting 0 score on MyAir for mask fit and it very well could be so bad it is impacting your cpap therapy negatively.

Do you feel the leak? Do leaks disturb your sleep?

No, that's the thing, feel no leak, no abnormalities. and especially check mask fit is big smile, begin and wake-up.

Got new machine as the '0' leak score happened much too often. Machine was due for replacement,(5 years). But, now I've gotten the same reading again. Mask fit shows good seal b4 sleep & upon waking up. My only guess is maybe if water reservoir overfilled slightly? Like I say, how would you know there's a leak when smiley face beginning to end, no leakage that I hear. In fact, same set-up from night before showed 100 score, obviously perfect mask fit score. IDK guys. As mentioned by many, your AHI score may be in range, but if major leakage that score is bogus.
Any Ideas???
