dreamstation go microsd wifi?

Post by allennosleep » Sun Feb 07, 2021 12:19 pm

Can anyone recommend a microsd wifi card that works well with the dreamstation go? All I can find are the ones for the regular dreamstation and not the travel 'go' model. Even when I search these forums for 'go' it excludes it from the search automatically. I'm looking to automatically download the data for oscar on a daily basis and this seems to be the most straighforward method.

The forum search parameter won't work unless there is a minimum of 4 characters in the search.

You could do a site specific search through google and search for less than 4 characters but you will just get a gazillion hits for when someone mention "go".

I don't recall any discussion about any special SD cards or micro cards for the DreamStation Go machine though.

But if you go to the spec page for the device it says

MicroSD Card Compatibility: Any microSD, 8GB or Greater

Wasn't asking whether it used microsd cards or not. Asked for recommendations on WIFI based microsd cards that others have used successfully.

Sorry, misunderstood and missed the wifi part.

I have no idea about using micro wifi cards....to my thinking they aren't standard micro cards.

What were you wanting to connect to and do with it?

The *only* wifi card that works with CPAP devices is the Toshiba (now Kioxia) FlashAir. And it's not microSD, it's standard sized.

It is no longer in production and the price has sky-rocketed. I use one on my ResMed, but Philips' users use them as well.

If you do want one ensure it's version w-03 or w-04. Don't get one larger than 32GB, the extra size isn't necessary and the extended FAT FS system causes problem with the device, reformatting the SD Card will then give grief to the wifi boot loader. Stick with the 16 or 32GB.
