Either buy an sd card or ask the DME for the one that came packaged with the machine. I had to demand mine.

All ResMed airsense are shipped with sd cards.
The vendor told me that because newer ResMed machines such as mine come with a 1 year of Internet service, with which you can view your data online, the machines aren't shipped with SD cards anymore. The vendor is not sure if ResMed offers paid data access subscriptions after the one year. I guess, after the one year, we can just go out and buy our own SD cards and access the data offline.

I got my new machine last week, and it came with a card.

OR you could get the available oscar software and access the data on your very own computer.

and you can do that NOW, not a year from now.

good luck!

I have had my machine over 2 years & can still acces MyAir.
So, they removed the SD card & made MyAir a subscription. I assume your doctor will encourage the MyAir subscription so they can view your data.
IMO that is a scummy business model.

Be sure to set up OSCAR to view your complete data apart from the crippled MyAir prison.

The data the doctor can see is not from MyAir...MyAir is just a report card for the user. There is MUCH MORE usable data on the machine's sleep report (If the proper settings are in place). Go into settings..find essentials and set plus

I got my new AirSense 10 (A10) yesterday. It had no sdcard to be found. I ignored resmed's advice, looked around, and found the cleanest dirty sdcard I had. I plugged the card in to A10, it flashed it was removing files, then went back to normal. This morning I plucked the sdcard out, read it in to OSCAR and it worked perfectly.

bonus point to you for repurposing what you had on hand.

we "oldies" know that any full sized sd card should work.

glad you found this out!
