Hi,
As part of my (desperate strategy) to get better sleep, I am considering training myself to sleep on my side instead of on my back. However, I suffer from shoulder (both shoulders) and neck pain, so I cannot do so comfortably with a simple pillow. I have been thinking about trying the Medcline product (Shoulder Relief System):

It is expensive ($220.00), but it may be worth it if it allows me to sleep uninterrupted. Has anyone tried this? It has good reviews on the maker's website, but I tend to be skeptical of product reviews found on the website of the product's manufacturer.
If anyone has a recommendation for a similar product I am all ears. Thanks!
Considering sleeping on my side - anyone tried the Medcline products?

I have had bad shoulders for years. I had a Right shoulder replacement in 2019 and I need the Left done but because of COVID I have put it off. I have used the CPAPFIT pillow from Pur-Sleep for over 6 years. I sleep 90 % on my left side, As far as the neck...I have arthritis and have just completed a series of Physical Therapy sessions.
