Overall Thoughts

Post by jeffdanger » Sat Dec 19, 2020 10:39 am

Hi All,
So I've been using my OSCAR software for almost a year now and have lots of data. To me, the results I'm seeing are good but I was just wondering if some of the more educated folks could glance at my data and let me know if they see anything that needs attention. This is a great group and any comments are appreciated.

A little bit of large leak....probably not enough to seriously impact therapy though.
Do leaks ever wake you up?

How are you sleeping and feeling? They are even more important than the numbers.

Thanks for the thoughts. Leaks are one of the things I try to control. Using an Airfit F30 mask as I tend to be a mouth breather and it seeps air around the sides depending on head position. Also have a mustache which doesn't help. Used nasal pillows, Swift LT for many years but always woke up with dry mouth so switched to full face mask. Seem to sleep pretty good but would love to find a FFM that would allow sleeping on my side. Like the F30 mask as it directs the air up your nostrils which keeps mine clear. A mask that covers the nose tends to make it harder for me to breathe due to congestion issues.
