Icon plus clinical strings apnea button is locked

Hello Everyone
My Icon plus clinical setting apnea button is locked and the button of CPAP/Auto is missing. Can anyone help ? Thank you in advance

Unlocking the clinical menu is achieved by pushing/holding a combination of buttons.
All of the info you need is in the clinical manual, which you can get free from apneaboard.
