Hello everyone. I got my cpap from lsat recently and everything has been going great. I can sleep on my back and leave my hands to safety! I do want to switch tubes so I can use the humidifier and get a new mask though so I was wondering do you guys know of a place that has mask and tube supply sales?
Second question, do I need a prescription to get those things if I get them from a website like cpap.com or wherever as I don’t have a prescription.
So far the cost looks like:
the climate tube for resmed auto set 10-25$.
Mask including cushion and elbow-56$
Headgear-11$
92$ not including tax. Just want to see if I could reduce that any amount. Thanks!!
Cpap supply sale
Re: Cpap supply sale
Cpap.com is the forum sponsor, but the forum otherwise doesn't have anything to do with the sales aspect of anything - call them (number at top of their website) for info, but suggest you call 'tubes' hoses, which is what all of us do here (and on that website). You don't need a script for them or a mask.

Sorry, hoses. If I don’t need a prescription that’s good so that means anyone that has a sale I can buy it then. I just said cpap.com cuz it’s the only website I know by heart lolJulie wrote: ↑Fri Nov 20, 2020 6:10 pmCpap.com is the forum sponsor, but the forum otherwise doesn't have anything to do with the sales aspect of anything - call them (number at top of their website) for info, but suggest you call 'tubes' hoses, which is what all of us do here (and on that website). Check Amazon for the heated hose. No prescription required for hoses...heated or non heated...from cpap.com but cpap.com does require a RX to be on file if you want a complete mask package.
Now replacement parts don't require a RX from cpap.com. Sometimes cheaper to by the parts and build your own mask.
Also check Amazon for whatever mask you are looking at. Sometimes they offer complete mask packages and they won't require a RX to be on file. Sometimes prices are good and sometimes not.
EBay is also a potential source but they just offer mask parts and not complete mask packages because of the RX thing.
Heated hoses are found on EBay as well but I have found that Amazon sometimes has them for less.
You can use cpap.com if you wish and make use of any sales they are offering and I suspect with Black Friday coming up there will be some good deals. They will require a RX if you want a complete mask package but if you want just the parts separately there is no RX required.
