Flow rate bumpy on inhale. Normal?

Hello. Are the 2-4 bumps on each of the upward slopes (inhale?) of my flow rate indicative of some obstruction/snore, or are those normal? There's no flow limit reported during the time that I'm zoomed in.

I see the bumpy slope on inhale all the time in my data so I'm guessing it's normal or related to my deviated septum but wanted to confirm if it's a relevant aspect of my data as I attempt to figure out the right pressure and EPR settings.

FWIW my first thought was cardioballistic echo as well. It's not as pronounced as what we normally see when we see it but that doesn't mean much. It's been talked about here on the forum many times. Usually we see a higher respiration rate with it but since your little blips don't cross the 0 line all that much then it stands to reason it wouldn't be double counting respirations.

Reviving this very old thread to ask a follow up question now that I've got a few more years of experience... Are the little dips in the inhale that make the crest look like an "M" most likely cardioballistic just like the squiggels during the exhale, or is that top indicative of a flow limitation or other issue? I see those M shapes in my flow regularly and I'm still tired, so I'm trying to rule out if this is something I should keep chasing down or if it's normal. Pressure and EPR don't seem to make them go away so I'm assuming they are cardioballistic or some kind of artifact from my nasal airway? The machine sees my flow limitation as super low so I'm guessing this is just artifacts and safe to ignore but wanted to check with some humans
