Snoring Myself Awake After 6 hours_Oscar Within

Post by tdus1 » Sat Oct 10, 2020 8:09 am

I'm using an older Philips Remstar Auto; no humidifier (not available in Profile settings) without DME.

Long time of mostly lurking. Hoping someone can help. I'm a stomach sleeper using P10s. While head turned to right I was (what felt like) snoring myself awake many times after about 5.5-6 hours. It just started happening when I turn to the left leaving myself without relief. After 7 years of use I'm now not getting enough sleep. I have severe insomnia so take a pretty heavy drug to sleep each night (Quetiapine). Hopefully I've uploaded Oscar screenshot... "Flow Limit" graph not an option to me. Thanks a ton!

When the question is "snoring?", The answer is almost always. "More pressure", try bumping your min to 9.

Thank you for the input. It was still rough for me after 5 5 hrs last night. I'll give 10 a shot.
