I'm thinking of buying a travel CPAP from CPAP.com.
if I had a problem with my machine for example do they do provide face to face support at the Stafford TX office or is it all online?

If you have access to a phone...call them and ask. Their phone number is on the website.

There are no employees of cpap.com here on the forum. While cpap.com does sponsor or pay the bills for this forum...it's a hands off entity. Separate. Any questions about cpap.com business policies need to be directed to cpap.com. No one here has any say so at all about cpap.com business.

We are here to support general cpap use...not one specific online supplier.

So what is this forum for?
For CPAP *users* to help each other learn how to optimize their therapy.

It's not a cpap.com support forum, look around, try reading, you might learn something.

You know the old saying "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them *think*"?

Applicable.

Congratulations on your one year anniversary of joining CPAPTalk.com.

I've noticed since joining you created a few topics, and received a tremendous amount of responses, answers and support from other CPAPTalk members.

I've also noticed that in your 67 posts, not once have you ever posted to help or support other members. Not once. The only time you've posted in anyone else's topic is to hi-jack it and direct support to yourself.

So, not only should you know what the role of this forum is, you really should not be alluding that others, including the forum sponsors, should be improving their responses.

Have a great day Karen.

Thanks for your response. I'm not sure why many of the others are so rude.

Perhaps you'd like to be reported for giving medical advice without a license?

They sponsor this forum you would think at least some of the people on here buy products from them and not just freeload on their forum

This Monday is Thanksgiving in Canada, you should probably wait until Tuesday, you know reduce the billable hours a bit.

Anybody that's looked at your post history can easily understand why there's no tolerance for your nonsense.
