I see, gotchya. I think the 1 - 3 AHI shows me at least that range is possible. I'd like to get that 3 and less consistently. I haven't really reduced the brain fog too much yet, I still regularly wake up feeling tired but I look forward to feeling what everyone else talks about.

and you also might want to let a change you make settle in for a few days to be sure whether it's doing you good or not. you want to be looking at trends, not one night of difference.

As zonker said, it is best to leave your settings alone for a few days after making them. Changes to your therapy are best based on trends, not one night results. Also, when making changes, change only one factor at a time. Changing more than one thing makes it difficult to determine which one caused any changes in your AHI.

Ok I will try to leave it at 7 for a few days. The AHI I'm seeing in Oscar is not the same AHI I see on my device screen. Is that expected? Im concerned because apparently on a 4 minimum pressure I had an AHI of 0.66, but I find that very hard to believe

Update: I switched to the mask I couldn't make fit in my signature and actually got it to fit. The air is more restricted than the nasal pillow, and thats when I realized the pressure did feel low. At 7 I had to take slow long breaths to control my breathing. I bumped it up to 8 and had a great 3 hour nap with an AHI of 2.9

Thank you to whoever suggested the 8 pressure setting. AHI consistently around 1 with 8 pressure.
I've noticed I have less "brain fog", but I still wake up tired as shit like I got hit by a train in the morning. Im wondering if anyone else has insight.

Update -- been gradually bumping up the pressure, im on a new 3rd mask (nose pillow) as of last night. I dont know why I still wake up tired everyday, and I dont know what my ideal pressure is because my 2nd night the titration study failed.

I'd suggest you stay with the minimum of 10.5 for a week and see what that looks like. Your AHI is getting into the "excellent" zone.
What really jumps out at me, though, are the apparent day-to-day inconsistencies in bedtime and time in bed. Is that something you can work on? Ideally you will be going to bed at around the same time every night and getting up at around the same time every morning, and you will be getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night.
The full list of guidelines might help you spot a few other things to try. I was sure none of this applied to me, but when I was still feeling crummy after two months of CPAP, I started trying out these ideas, and they did actually help. I hope they'll help you too.
• Keep a consistent sleep schedule. Get up at the same time every day, even on weekends or during vacations.
• Set a bedtime that is early enough for you to get at least 7 hours of sleep.
• Don’t go to bed unless you are sleepy.
• If you don’t fall asleep after 20 minutes, get out of bed.
• Establish a relaxing bedtime routine.
• Use your bed only for sleep and sex.
• Make your bedroom quiet and relaxing. Keep the room at a comfortable, cool temperature.
• Limit exposure to bright light in the evenings.
• Turn off electronic devices at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
• Don’t eat a large meal before bedtime. If you are hungry at night, eat a light, healthy snack.
• Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy diet.
• Avoid consuming caffeine in the late afternoon or evening.
• Avoid consuming alcohol before bedtime.
• Reduce your fluid intake before bedtime.

I've largely been going to bed at consistent times and leaving myself to sleep for 8 and a half hours, but I find myself waking up around 7 hours for whatever reason.
I will say that I do feel like I wake up with a more energetic approach to take on the day, but I can't say im not tired. I wake up and im tired, but not tired enough to want to go to sleep. I guess it's progress, but I was hoping more after all this time. My snoring is gone but I was expecting to wake up feeling ready to jump out of bed. I still wake up groggy and tired, less so than before. Is this the best I can hope for?

Seven hrs may be all you need (I only ever get 6+. While it's recommended to get so many in general, not everyone does and if you feel rested then don't fuss about the time.
