You said you don't have Covid 'now', so do we assume you did have it? And have been tested for antibodies, etc. to be sure you're clear?

Or what?
Antibodies would not be diagnostic of a current C-19 infection.

Reviewed the replies here, and none of them were sufficient to give reason to not use the setup described.
Just reviewed your reply. It's sufficient to conclude you're an absolute moron.

I beg to differ, I think he's an absolute a$$hole.

This is the same mentality that says "I don't care about YOUR health, only my own) so I can wear a mask with an exhaust valve.

Why do you need anyone here to tell you why, or why not, to use a CPAP at the dentist. If it will make you feel better about going to the dentist, take your CPAP (if they will allow it). I wouldn't think about bringing mine to my dentist. It makes zero sense. I would be more concerned about how the dental office handled the virus. I had some work done about two weeks ago. The protocol was beyond anything I pictured in my imagination. Temp was taken immediately. Everyone in the office had a mask on. The dentist and his assistant were so protected they looked like aliens. The room I was in was immaculate. And, as I was leaving, I saw one of the assistants cleaning down the chair in a different room. I don't want Covid; they don't want covid. I don't see why you think bringing a CPAP would benefit you, anyone in the office, or anyone coming in after you.

Edit: I'm going to my ophthalmologist on Thurs. :)

Great!! Wear your full face CPAP mask to the ophthalmologist. It will aid checking your refraction and intraoculsr pressure.

Yep, agree. I called the dentist and the receptionist said I would be the third patient who came in with a CPAP+mask. Asked that the dentist write or call me to verify that the setup is okay.

I do not need approval from anyone here. I have approval. Just posted this out of interest. Now I'll get private messages asking how they can do this also.

Yep, that's what the dental receptionist indicated.

If we are going to quote people...please do NOT alter the quotes to make it out like someone said something they didn't.
I am going to correct your alterations....don't mess with my corrections.
Fair warning and I only give one....further screwing with people's quotes will result in thread locking and a potential time out in posting privileges.

In case anyone missed the sneaky quote edits....asshole and moron suddenly became genius.

That sort of crap will not be tolerated here.

This is the behavior of a troll and will be treated as such.

Well....just received a good bye PM from OP.
Apparently has an issue with a forum permitting asshole and moron name calling but I guess it's okay to alter quotes in his mind to reflect genius status.
I can't do anything about name calling....we have had this discussion before....Johnny's sandbox discussion thing. Johnny allows worse so I have to do that as well but I won't allow altering of quotes....that's unacceptable.

Anyway...this thread will now be locked. It serves no useful purpose and needs to die off and OP has said he won't be posting here again....but I have heard that before.
He won't be posting in this thread though.....if he ever wants to post again.
