CPAP Supplier Recommendations
CPAP Supplier Recommendations
For many years I have gotten my CPAP supplies from Lindcare. Over the years I have dealt with their arcane and complex system of individual providers linked by phone. I've spent hours waiting for responses. I am ready to make a change. I would love to hear what supplier you use and what your experience has been with them. I would rather order my supplies from a web-based company rather than the phone system that my present provider uses. Thanks.

Re: CPAP Supplier Recommendations
One real important question.
Are you wanting to be using your insurance when you order your supplies and have insurance pay for your stuff or are you willing to just pay for things and not get insurance involved?

If your insurance is pitching in, get a list of their network providers from them.
Then call around, skipping those with voice menus, no experts in house, etc.
If you are self-pay, consider going online.
Cpap.com for new equipment, secondwindcpap.com for gently used or open box.
Some items can be found at open web marketplaces.
Some forum members collect and sell used machines--look for year joined
and number of posts to weed out unknown dealers.
