That is a high end machine and should have Autoset on it, if you can not find you pressures it will do it's best to keep your AHI in control! You might want to post your last session from the Oscar software you have and someone here will give you reasonable advice who uses one.

No, the Aircurve 10 S is not a 'high end machine', it's the dumbest bilevel around. It has no auto features whatsoever.Cannuck 1 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 02, 2020 10:38 amThat is a high end machine and should have Autoset on it, if you can not find you pressures it will do it's best to keep your AHI in control! The S is a non-auto machine, so unless you just crank the pressures up, it's not going to work well.Brattygirl69 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 02, 2020 3:41 amI have Air Curve 10 S bilevel and dont like it. Cant get the settings right for some reason. Any suggestions?

The Aircurve 10 VAuto is the one you'd want.
Which of the 7 or 8 S9 VPAP models were you interested in? Find a new old stock one would be difficult, but they show up on craigslist from time to time... I'm guessing you'd be interested in the S9 VPAP Auto. (the Aircurve 10 VAuto is the new version).

The air curve 10 S is high price $1600 but a piece of plastic junk. I got a new one in March and I have exchanged it twice for various issues. I am going to my Pulmonologist tomorrow. He is going to get a hold of medicare and help me get a new S9. Thete is a Resmed S9 COPD that would be good for me since I have emphesyma

Make up your mind.
The AC10 S is the same as the S9 VPAP S
The AC10 VAuto is the same as the S9 VPAP Auto.

The S9 VPAP COPD is just a S9 VPAP S with different default settings, a higher max IPAP, an (iirc) an alarm module.Brattygirl69 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 02, 2020 2:47 pmThe air curve 10 S is high price $1600 but a piece of plastic junk. Not sure why they would of sold you a Aircurve10 S when a Aircurve 10 Vauto is the same price that has the AutoSet Algorithm that will help you while sleeping.
If you have Oscar software installed(its free here) some one here will be able to help you get your settings reasonable until you get your doctor to get a similar machine as you had before.
