while i don't have any experience with cbd oil, i seem to remember reading that it comes in various "potencies". i wish i had a link to hand to back this up.

i seem to further remember that, much like sleep apnea itself, a lot depends on the individual has to want dosage to take.

or i could just be making stuff up.

CBD is not supposed to be psychoactive, yet for some reason it is considered to be calming. I don't understand that. If you want to venture into small doses of the psychoactives, you might try a tea before bed with a tincture with THC if medical marijuana is available in your region. THCs low in the sativa strains and high in the indica stains are what are supposed to work best for sleep.
