Hi there:

It is my friend's OSCAR data, I think he need Soft Cervical Collar but he doesn't wanna wear it

Any adjustment can improve his AHI? min EPAP I try 4~15, always very high AHI

I don't understand max EPAP only 15.34, how come AHI is still very high? thanks

His minimum EPAP looks way too low.

Bump the MinEPAP to 13 and let us see what that looks like after a couple days. 4 is a recipe for failure.
