Can anyone take a quick look & tell me what you think of my data?

I had an awful time sleeping last night. I bought a new machine but I haven't been able to fall asleep on it so i used my old machine w a broken humidifier and I feel pretty exhausted.

Anyone got any tips or ideas on how to improve this? AHI is low but i feel like i tossed and turned all night and never fell asleep.

What prevented you from falling asleep?

Do you take any medications of any kind? If so, what?

I did fall asleep, it just felt like fitful sleep; tossing and turning a bunch. It was a bit warm in the room but beyond that, I don’t know.

I don’t take any medications that would mess with this.
