Finally, installed ResScan and made it to import all 9 month data. So, ResScan is not usable. There is no time zone change.
So, Oscar has no time axis to base on as explained by khauser » Thu Jun 18, 2020 11:41 am
Oscar is worth a lot of money for those CPAP and Oximetry manufacturers.

I use the time axis to compare my oximetry data with CPAP data for research purposes. A $150 Oximetry device called O2Ring has a time zone adjusted data point every second as shown here.
