Sometimes I take a quarter Xanax as I have trouble sleeping and i suddenly am awake a few hrs after going to sleep.the Xanax graph is from 10th 11th may which I slept all night.any input would be helpful.my sleep seems to be disturbed.do I need a higher setting etc?

Increase your minimum pressure, I'd try 8, and see how it goes.

Re: Help needed with my grapphs from Oscar?
Hello! I see from some of your earlier posts that at the beginning of April your AHI was down around 1 or so. Did something change since then?
Looking at these charts I would say your minimum pressure needs to come up. Your machine is a good one, but it is slow to respond to obstructive events. So you'll want to get your minimum to be high enough to head events off before they have a chance to occur.
For now, I'd recommend shooting for a minimum of 8, though that may not be quite enough. I would suggest that you go there a little gradually, maybe up .5 at a time. If a night or two at a new setting is OK, then bump it up another .5; if it creates problems (e.g., air in your belly), then back it off and give it another few days before trying the higher minimum again.

Re: Help needed with my grapphs from Oscar?
Thank you for the advice.the soft collar really helps.the ahi is between 1 to 3 most of the time.last night I put twilight app on my phone and tv box and dimmed the screens.i suspect that this might also be the reason for some awakening.my brain might be over stimulated.i really need to stop my phone use in the evening..i am 58kg in weight and I thought my surgerys would fix this apnea for good.my tongue length is really long.but the robotic tongue base really improved the apnea to an extent.
I shall up by a half pressure every few nights and see how it goes.

Re: Help needed with my grapphs from Oscar?
Try at 8 tonight (or tomorrow) and see how it goes.
Re: Help needed with my grapphs from Oscar?
Bump your minimum pressure up more.

Re: Help needed with my grapphs from Oscar?
And your max setting is still only at 12 - any particular reason?
Re: Help needed with my grapphs from Oscar?
Yes 12 .no particular reason.90% pressure says never higher then 10. I'm not sure if I should increase or decrease pressures?thanks

Re: Help needed with my grapphs from Oscar?
Actually it looked a bit 'topped out' in a couple of places and I'd set it at 20 - the usual, til you have a reason not to. I'd also keep an eye on the leaks, or was that all about the mask being moved when you moved?

Re: Help needed with my grapphs from Oscar?
The leaks were minimal at 7.5 .I think 7.5 will be OK for now? Shall I put it at 7.5 to 20? Thanks again

Re: Help needed with my grapphs from Oscar?
Look in you OSCAR statistics page.
What's your AHI when the minimum pressure is 8?
What's your pressure when the minimum pressure was 6.5?
You've only post one night graph on 8, we are looking for your AHI to trend downwards, with an increased pressure. That can't be done with one night data.
You haven't posted any graphs showing your leaks. We can't tell if there is a correlation between leaks and pressure. I don't think lowering your minimum pressure from 8 to 7.5 will help your leak at all.
