Lost a lot of weight now I have aerophagia again

Hello,
I have been using a cpap machine for longer than I can remember (over 15 years), at the beginning I had some aerophagia sometimes, but it’s been a very long time I wasn’t bothered like now.
With the corona shutdown I decided to get back in shape, I watched my calories intake and started bicycling, 3 months later I’m down 35 lbs (from 205 to 170).
But since a few weeks I have aerophagia again, I checked on the forum and I have been increasing my minimum pressure from 4 to now 6. Since last night I started wearing a chin strap because I was opening my mouth. Still woke up with aerophagia.
Do you think I should still the lower pressure?

Also what happened on 4/29/2020, I didn’t have anymore Apnea before?

Thank you in advance for your help. Last time I went to see a specialist I was upset they didn’t want to look at the existing data at all and never went back...

Those charts are illegible to me. If I zoom in (they seem very small) they get fuzzy.

Can you review the pointers in the sticky at the top of the forum and post them again?

Please review this thread for detailed image report sharing. Your images make it nearly impossible to have a clue what is going on.

One image only...you can get all we need on one image. Read the thread carefully.

But to address your aerophagia issues...
Go back to a setting of minimum EPAP of 4.....change PS to 3....leave max IPAP where it is (it won't go anywhere near the max anyway).
Sleep tonight...report back tomorrow on how the aerophagia went as well as a detailed report in the format in the instructional thread I have linked to above.

Good morning,

I sleep better today and my aerophagia was to a minimum this am, still had some a little bit. I sleep with the chin strap to make sure my mouth stayed closed (according to my wife I have been opening it recently).

Please see below the print screen from last night (I hope I did it correctly).

I would accept that report.
Leak graph itself is a bit ugly but for the most part within the machine's ability to compensate for it.
I am wondering if the mask itself is moving around a bit. When's the last time you changed the headgear and/or cushion?

About the only other thing we can for the aerophagia is reduce PS by 1 and see how much of an impact it makes. You get to decide if you want to try that or not. I don't know how much your belly hurts but you've got a bit of room with the AHI to maybe let a couple of apnea events slip past the defenses and not end up with poorly treated OSA.
