Is there not an appropriate language selection available in the menus? If not, I can pass that request along to the translation team.

Breathing not detected means that the machine was not able to tell that you were breathing, perhaps because your mask was not on properly.

Variable breathing just means that your breathing was not regular and even.

Hello, ping. How rested are you feeling, and how well would you say your are sleeping?

It's great you are using Oscar. I think more people could offer you help if you would put all the key information into one screenshot. Be sure to include the panel on the left, making sure that the pie chart and calendar are turned off. (Pie chart via File, Preferences, Appearance; calendar via small triangle to the left of today's date.) Then stack these graphs at the top:

Events
Flow rate
Pressure
Leaks.

If you need to compress the graphs a little to fit them into one screenshot, just grab the horizontal gray bars that separate them and move them up a little.

I think you will probably be able to improve your pressure settings, but it'd be good to see the chart prepared as above before anyone tries to advise you.
Oscar software is available at https://www.sleepfiles.com/OSCAR/

Thanks for your answers

you mention about
"Breathing not detected means that the machine was not able to tell that you were breathing, perhaps because your mask was not on properly.

Variable breathing just means that your breathing was not regular and even."

And how can i improve them ? My sleep is not well because my breathing was not regular ,was it ?

Please review the report image posting guidelines here if you are going to post images for review.
viewtopic/t158560/How-to-post-images-for-review.html

What you are sharing really isn't particularly useful except to document the breathing not detected which simply means the mask was off your face to the point the machine couldn't sense your breathing.

You need to keep the mask on your face better so that it doesn't get so loose or come off and you not be aware of it.

I wouldn't worry about either of those at this point.
