Dreamstation service required notice

I live in a rural area and it's not uncommon for my power to flicker from time to time.
But yesterday ny Dreamstation started beeping and displayed a service required notice
and turning itself off and then back on over and over. So of cource I tried the old trick
of unplugging it for a moment and then pluged it back up. Of cource it's recomended
to remove power and then wait a few minuets before powering back up but in my
experience you only have to leave something unpluged a few seconds and then power
it back up for a reset but in this case that didn't work. But when I did leave it unplugged
5 min. and pluged it back up all was good. But I will be calling my sleep DR. monday
because this machine is now a little over 5 years old and I am ready for a new one.

Now you can say "but in my experience leaving something unplugged a few seconds and then powering it back up to reset, doesn't always work"

Electronic items, especially those with microprocessors, often need to be powered down for a while to reset properly.
