Purchasing an AirCurve 10 ASV Today

I have UARS and have experienced difficulty adjusting to my AirSense 10 so want to try an AirCurve 10 ASV. Secondwind CPAP has them in stock for $1319. I see Craigslist postings here and there on here, but cannot seem to find any at the moment. Any other deals/sources I should look at before moving forward with this one?

After listing to this podcast with Dr. Krakow, I'd really like to give ASV a try.

Update: Just purchased one from Secondwind and it only has 32 hours of runtime. I checked Craigslist and did not come across any current listings. If someone finds one, please feel free to post it here or DM me as I still have an arrival window for a better deal. Overall, this seems like a decent bargain.

How do you know it didn't?

It did not show up in my "outbox". In the past when I have sent PM's they show up in my "outbox" until the recipient opens them. I sent one to someone else today and it stayed there until they read it. I can't imagine why it would work that way with one person and not the other.
