ok. So, I've been using the ResMed full face (f20, I think). I hate it. Been using it over a year and it hasn't gotten better for me. It leaks. I HAVE to sleep on my face so it doesn't leak. I have sharp cheekbones (even on a fat girl), so I don't get a good deal near them, plus the mask rides SO high on my face i HAVE to wait until I'm ready to go to sleep to put it on, because it squashes my eyes closed. I want to go back to the nasal mask (not the one that goes in your nostrils, that didn't work at all for me). I have to have a foam mask, because the rubbery one break me out bad. HELP ME, PLEASE? What's a good choice to try? The people who sold me my mask would only do resmed. In even willing to try the ones with the forehead thing.
Edit to add: I don't have insurance so if I can get it on Amazon, that'd be wonderful! Ty in advance.

I am not familiar with it, but Pugsy uses this mask and she seems very comfortable with it..https://www.cpap.com/productpage/bleep- ... -cpap-mask

That forehead mask is the Resmed Mirage Quattro. I tried it years ago. I took me a while to get it to work. Google "Taming the Quattro". That helped me a lot. It's a popular mask. I think LSAT swears by it. If your F20 is getting into your eye area, yea.... you may need to find another mask. The mask search can be frustrating.... but most of us have never stumbled on the perfect mask from them from the git-go.

Re: I'm back! With a question...
There are several forehead masks...I have used several. I used the Quattro for about 8 years. I switched to the Simplus about 2 years ago and recently went with the Vitera which is an improved Simplus. I was happy with all of them. The forehead piece adds stability. The mask doesn't move when you turn from side to side. Very few leaks.Sheriff Buford wrote: ↑Thu May 21, 2020 6:12 amThat forehead mask is the Resmed Mirage Quattro. I tried it years ago.
